Harley Quinn #13: The Verdict, part 1
https://aiptcomics.com/2022/03/18/dc...ey-quinn-13-2/
"It’s a whole new year of me, Harley Quinn! I’ve learned the ins and outs of Gotham’s lovely sewage system, and I’ve even made some unexpected friends along the way. I mean, except for one very murderous new vigilante roaming the streets, a new homicide detective convinced I’m the killer, and the acclaimed Spice World (1997) film not being on a single streaming platform. Other than that...totally fine. Year two starts here with a new arc...brand new characters...and some all-too-familiar faces from my past who maybe aren’t so happy to see me."

How much fun will the Batgirls have beating the snot out of Penguin’s goons at a seedy motel? The answers await you and much, much more in this cataclysmic culmination! (Except for the Batgirls, I’ll tell you right now that answer is “a lot.”)"

Is the Midnighter backups in Action Comics collected anywhere?
Sadly, the Midnighter backup story isn't collected. I'm only aware of the Midnighter omnibus being published this May, but it won't collect the AC backup issues.
Midnighter: The Complete Collection
"When a theft at the God Garden unleashes a wave of dangerous biotech weapons on the world, Midnighter intends to put that genie back in the bottle. But something else is stolen as well the secret history of Lucas Trent, the man Midnighter once was. And how does this lead to Midnighter being put right in the sights of the Suicide Squad? And no Midnighter collection would be complete without Apollo! Together again after too long apart, Midnighter and Apollo take on subway pirates and demons but their reunion takes a shocking turn that sends them on an epic journey! Collects DC Sneak Peek: Midnighter #1, Midnighter #1-12, Midnighter and Apollo #1-6."

since backups don't have the same page amount as the main issues, if they're collected it will be much later, once they have enough pages to make a book
or, they'll make a newer Midnighter collection and add that alongside older Midnighter issues.

Also, there'll be alternate versions of Diana/WW and Tim Drake/Red Robin appearing in DC vs. Vampires #6, and Harley Quinn from Earth 8 will be in War For Earth-3 #2 (she was also in this week's Teen Titans Academy #13 ('War for Earth-3' tie-in). I was hesitating to include these titles bc we don't know anything about these versions' sexual orientation at all.

The Atlantis arc in Young Justice features at least five queer characters: Kaldur and his boyfriend Wyynd, Lagoon Boy and his husband (who are in a poly marriage), and Halo identifies as non-binary now.
