What are some of your favorite friendships in the DC universe?
And what are some that you'd like to see more of?

It’s kind of odd how my favorite friendships mostly involve the batfamily but hey what can you do.
1. Dick Grayson and Wally West
2. Jason Todd and Roy Harper (Roy shot Batman with a knockout arrow to rescue Jason, if that’s not friendship I don’t know what’s up).
3. Tim Drake and Conner Kent
4. Damian Wayne and Jon Kent
5. Green Lantern and Green Arrow (Hal and Ollie)
What I want to see more of?
Shazam and Cyborg. New 52 and DCyou felt like it was really setting those two up as friends and I’d like it if we got more of that. Maybe just hanging out during Titans Academy.
"It's fun and it's cool, so that's all that matters. It's what comics are for, Duh."
Words to live by.
Why do I think we've done this thread before -- and pretty recently.
Well, my favorite friendship was sort of a missed opportunity. It was in JSA -- the Michael Holt Mister Terrific and the Pieter Cross Doctor Mid-Nite. It looked for a while that they were going to have them become best friends, but there was too much else going on in the book, and that never really developed. I think it would have been a good way to go. There are so few close friendships in comics (though most of the heroes get along pretty well).

Wonder Woman and Zatanna
Hal and Barry since I've got no patience for Green Arrow.

I'll keep it simple - Clark and Bruce. Superman and Batman. The Man of Steel and the Dark Knight. Captain Sunshine and his awkward goth mate.
I'm very much looking forward to Waid's World's Finest book.
I am also a fan of Clark and Dick Grayson's friendship. That's just wholesome.
"Has Sariel summoned you here, Azrael? Have you come to witness the miracle of your brethren arriving on Earth?"
"I WILL MIX THE ASHES OF YOUR BONES WITH SALT AND USE THEM TO ENSURE THE EARTH THE TEMPLARS TILLED NEVER BEARS FRUIT AGAIN!"
"*sigh* I hoped it was for the miracle."
Dan Watters' Azrael was incredible, a constant delight and perhaps too good for this world (but not the Forth). For the love of St. Dumas, DC, give us more!!!
Ted Kord and Booster Gold is a somewhat underrated friendship.
-Zatanna and Wonder Woman
-Zatanna and Vixen
-Zatanna and Batman
-Superman and Batman
-John Stewart and Wally West
-Hal Jordan and Wally West
-John Stewart and Alan Scott
-Hal Jordan and Barry Allen
-Donna Troy and Dick Grayson
-Donna and Troy and Wally West
-Wally West and Kyle Rayner
-Barbara Gordon and Dinah Laurel Lance
-Selina Kyle and Maven (B:TAS)
-Selina Kyle and Holly Robinson
-Cyborg and Beast Boy (Teen Titans show)
Batman and Robin. Bruce and Dick. The most important friendship in comics.
After that, Superman, Batman and Robin ( Golden/Silver age)… before Miller screwed that up, and turned Bruce away from the light.
Dick and Wally.
Alan and Jay.
Arrow and Lantern.
Dick and Donna.
Garth, Rokk, and Imra.
Ooh, I like this one, because all-too often any attempt at opposite-sex friendships turns into a romance, and yet I don't think Dick and Donna have ever seriously considered the notion, which makes it even cooler. 'Who is Donna Troy?' was a great issue showcasing Dick's willingness to go the extra mile for Donna.
And the Legion has some great friendships. In the Threeboot, we got to see that Garth had a poster of Rokk, from his days as a magnoball champion, on the wall of his room, which was cheeky and fun (since it's probably something Rokk looks back at and rolls his eyes, these days). Also Timber Wolf and Blok, in the classic continuity, Mon-El and Ultra Boy, Shady and Phantom Girl, Star Boy and Sun Boy (and later, Sun Boy and Polar Boy). Quite a few different friendships in a team as big as the Legion!Garth, Rokk, and Imra.
