Hadn't heard about that one. Will be watching out for it. Has Levitz ever written anything for Marvel? I really can't recall it.

    Peace

Awesome! The original Avengers. Can’t wait for this. I hope the Hulk is in it too. As well as Tony in his original armor.

Loved the Scott issue of the current Ant-Man LS.

Has it been mentioned before that Scott spoilers:
killed someone in self defense while in prison?
    end of spoilers

That was in Fraction's run on Future Foundation.

I am CAUTIOUSLY optimistic that Ewing may be setting up, or at least setting up a path for a future series or writer, Hank’s return. I wasn’t expecting to see Scott deal with Pymtron or for Ultron to be the big baddie for issue #4. I know I’m probably getting my hopes up and will be disappointed but this is as close as we’ve come in recent years.

And are the solicitations for the final issue correct? A release date of October 5th??

Fantastic issue. Ewing is the man, I see where this is going. The return of the legendary Hank Pym looks like a real possibility. Plus it doesn’t look like he’s leaving any of the Ant-Men behind. I’m am totally pumped for the finale. It was great to see Cassie as well. Every Ant-Man is totally disrespected. I got a sneaky suspicion that Al is going to change all of that. I can’t help feeling sorry for Eric. He is my least favorite but after todays issue I kind of like the guy now.

I was thinking about this being a way to bring Hank back while reading it.

That sounds kind of random and like something that would come up more.

    It does look like spoilers:
Pymtron is gone, and Ultron has evolved.

But Hank is also a broken pedestal for Cassie I see. I guess she knows how Nadia feels about him now. If he is about to be resurrected, he needs to redeem himself somehow.

I wonder though, if this series won't end with some sort of cliffhanger - Ewing will be doing a Wasp mini soon afterwards, where Janet and Nadia get their turn in the spotlight. And the girls definitely have unfinished business with Hank.

Not really...considering how often (as in rarely) they bring up Spider-Man killing Charlie in Berlin....I don't see Scott killing someone in prison as something they would bring up that often. Especially since most of his appearances have been played for comedy and belittling Scott.

What did Hank do to make Cassie hate him?

I don't see what more Hank needs to do to redeem himself. Nadia was focused on stuff he had already broken his back trying to move on from and be better than.

I'm not sure what exactly changed. But Cassie always called him Uncle Hank, yet here, it was Doctor Pym!

Chalk it up to continuity error

Currently looking for a pull list... Does near-mint West Coast Avengers count?

Yeah. They were shown to have quite a different relationship in Slott's Mighty Avengers.

    Peace
