The First Line. Byrne created so many fun characters, I can't believe Marvel has never done anything with them.

Currently looking for a pull list... Does near-mint West Coast Avengers count?

Yeah, he's also in FF Reckoning War, and appears to have a pretty big role. She-Hulk's cover has him without his head gear though. It's a great costume. I wish they would just leave it alone. I somehow forgot to mention Stingray. Beaten up and left for dead by Namor, then you don't see him again. He was an Avenger! Maybe someone might have visited him in the hospital. Those issues did a huge disservice to both Namor and Stingray imo.
Suzi Endo - Cybermancer/Galactus Herald
“Generally, one knows me before hating me” -Quicksilver
One that comes to mind is Hyperion. The one from Hickman's avengers. He was the Mon-El expy. I liked him a lot, and I liked the friendship he had with Thor.
Poor Battlestar...appears in Falcon and The Winter Soldier and really gets no love in the comics.
Giilgamesh, The Forgotten One (just because he's been in a Marvel movie, or, at least, his Korean version, doesn't mean he's got respected)
Century (from Force Works, and I second who mentioned Suzi Endo)
and... HANK PYM!
Peace
Agree about Hank. And yet, Spider-Man gets a free pass for slapping MJ in both the comics and Spidey 3. Talk about biasedness.
Also agree about Janet. I'm old school and not a fan of Nadia. Just because people like what they see in the movies doesn't mean it needs to be incorporated in the comics. I'm all for Naida getting a new superhero name, though.
Other characters...
Mr. Fantastic
Colossus
Valkyrie (original)
Hellstorm
Solo
Cardiac
She-Thing
Julia Carpenter Spider-Woman or whatever name she goes by now.

Definitely, my next choice would be...
The U-Foes
