Never been a fan of the jacket or the trench on Monica, but I understand how it creates some dramatic effect for her costume, much like a cape would As far as designs go for Mon, I love Sanford Greene's drawing of her. Love the big hair plus I realize it's just in his drawing of her, but the white makes me think it might be cool to reflect a starfield in her hair and the black of her costume.

Yet another character that I wish they'd use more frequently. Also, yet another opportunity for artists to learn how to draw Black women so that they don't all look alike.
