Sounds like he might be closer to an incel - someone who puts women he regards on a high pedestal, so he thinks he's a feminist, but then takes passive-aggressive potshots to diminish them (saying English isn't Gadot's first language, that Carpenter had trouble with lines) because he developed a deep-seeded resentment feeling so "powerless" in his unrequited desire for them.
Whedon being as big of an asshole wasn't going to stop people from hiring him when his reputation was still generally positive overall. What happens in his personal life with cheating...no one was going to care. There's 0 reason for Feige to answer anything in regards to Whedon.

For when my rants on the forums just aren’t enough: https://thevindicativevordan.tumblr.com/
I mean the answer to the Feige question is that (unfortunately) nobody in power cared about stuff like that until very recently when the #MeToo movement made it a PR liability. Bryan Singer had allegations of sex abuse (or at the very least sexual misconduct) and even lawsuits from guys claiming he made moves on them when they were underage as far back as 1997, and he was still getting to direct big tentpole superhero blockbusters until 2016, and his last movie was a huge prestige awards bait project. Hell, it sounds like the thing that may have ultimately killed his career was erratic on-set behavior caused by his drug addiction rather than being a pedo.
So if a reporter wants to hold Feige's feet to the fire over this I'm sure they could, but I haven't seen anyone go after others for similar things. See how many big name Hollywood celebs signed the Polanski petition and how it's never brought up anywhere except social media.

Because all of this stuff were rumors and no one knew for sure until Whedon's wife wrote that article after their divorce and Charisma Carpenter finally confirmed it in her tweets last year. What's happening now is that the dam has finally broken and we're finally seeing what's on the other side.
People writing the checks could careless about that baggage as long as it does not mess with their bottom line. Feige might have had questions but he was not writing the checks.
Like Holt said-all these toxic folks were KNOWN around the industry. Yet what do we KEEP seeing folks will risk that for the dollar.
Look at how long R Kelly lasted? He was touring with B2K and Nick Cannon-guys who attracted young girls.
Better yet to bring it back to DC Comics Eddie Berganza. How long did HE last? 20+ years.
Like Holt pointed out how many folks supported Roman Polanski? Victor Salva and he STILL got to direct Powder (Disney) and Jeeper Creepers.
Some folks are NOT going to say anything because some of these toxic folks are the reason they have careers.
Has Adam Sandler said ANYTHING about Bill Cosby? Who was the FIRST person to give him work?
And you see who is siding with him.He goes after the writer of the article now. lol
And still nobody is hiring him.
