Did they ever give her relationship with Duke closure? I lost track of it.

I'd be into them starting a relationship, but it doesn't have to be a romantic one. They didn't have much of a dynamic in King's run.

It didn't turn her into a Kryptonian genetically. But it did stabilise her powers so that she no longer shortens her lifespan when she uses them - which is what killed her brother. Her powers are pretty much the same as Superman's. She should meet Supergirl. Who better to help her out than another girl a similar age (Kara is 21) with the same powers?

Someone who lost everything and everyone that mattered to her, like Power Girl?

Fair point, but I think we all know they'd pick the younger of the Karas given a choice. JSA as a whole just isn't getting the push, and PG's actually lucky to have been used in a comedy book, One-Star Squadron.

It was just so terribly disjointed, to the point that I flipped back to the last issue to see if I missed part of the story...but no, this was the first part so the feeling that you were missing a key element explaining what was going on just wasn't there.

Seems like pretty standard Batman/Riddler storyline . There's something going on with Deb Donovan's daughter who is a Gotham City Judge.
I believe that the art work was done by Ivan Reis who is usually excellent ! But Bruce looks a bit older and he's got a receding hair line , kind of odd ? Also Bruce says that he's still broke . So when is the money coming back to Bruce ?
He's apparently still living in the city and not the Mansion .
Interesting first part of the story , look forward to more.

Honestly King left that character in such a terrible state, mismatching everything Gotham-related that I'm surprised anyone bothered to pick it up. I can't say I've found it successful either, the story is rather uninspiring so far.
