The question is though, is this video game Jinx or Arcane Jinx? Arcane Jinx was kind of fast and strong courtesy of shimmer revival. Does Harley Quinn have any counter to just being blown to bits by a faster opponent?

Only talking about Arcane Jinx:

Jinx is a suped up version of Harley.

If Harley is still somewhat CBPH kinda level she is weaker and slower than her, bombs and bullets will due the trick, Harley will get jinxed.

Unarmed wouldnt make a difference.

Arcane Jinx still had the minigun as standard though i dont think you can count the rocket launcher cause she only uses it once, but then she more than makes up for it with the variety of bullshit bombs
