I'm really excited for this series after reading this interview. I also think it's great Daisy is a big part of the book. I wonder if we'll see Mockingbird as well? She did leave with Bucky and Daisy at the end of the last Secret Avengers series...

I am glad to see Daisy getting used somewhere as well as Mockingbird.

The team, the premise, the preview pages, Bucky and Daisy. I could not be happier.

Right? I can understand if people don't like the book's tone as it's completely different from what came before and from what was expected, but even so, saying he ruined it? It really is one of Marvel's best books. I hope Kot gets to finish his story.

I'm actually glad to hear that people enjoyed it. I'm just not one of them

I was initially apprehensive for the very concept, but the guy who painted the New Avengers Annual so marvellously? Oh, I'm in. I am so in.

With this interview, Kot's pretty much nullified my interest in reading this on a monthly basis. Thanks for making it much it easier to trade wait, even with Rudy on art (who did such a beautiful job on that New Avengers Doctor Strange story.)

Rucka did a great job on punisher... and it suffered the same fate, give or take a few issues. I'll take a latour on WS over a bendis on MK any day.

Agreed. Finally, the palette that lets him cut loose at Marvel (like he did for those brief, glorious Suicide Squad issues at DC). Or at least I hope that's the case.

Nice to see Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes made it onto that splash page.

All that needs to be said about Kot has already been said. Easily one of the strongest writers in the medium today and I have total faith that he'll kill it on this book. No doubt.

But oh my word, Rudy's art. It's like driving through parts of downtown Los Angeles.

I'm excited that Bucky has another book again. This sounds and looks great!

By the way, does anyone think Bucky might end up with a power upgrade by the end of Original Sin so he will match his movie counterpart? I wouldn't be suprised or opposed to it.

This looks glorious, I can't wait to see Ales Kot and Marco Rudy cut loose on this book! I really hope it gets enough support to last for a while the way Black Widow has managed to do so. And if Marco Rudy needs a break at some point, I wouldn't mind seeing Andrea Sorrentino taking over.

I wasn't expecting Daisy to be included, but I'm glad she is. Plenty of room for development there. It's a shame Mockingbird will probably end up in the SHIELD series to sync up with the show.

Too bad the Winter Soldier's talents weren't used back on 616 Earth to 1) find out where the new Red Skull had his base 2) do something about his existence.
