Time for some 2022 appreciation for the Beast!
Time for some 2022 appreciation for the Beast!
Is it okay to appriciate everything about him until Morrison, at which point i feel it just went straight downhill with him, with not only his physical appearance but mindset and personality undergoing radical change towards the wreckage we see still being made worse these days?
Aw. I miss lovable Hank. :*(
Jean Grey in the words of Walt Whitman, from his masterpiece Leaves of Grass, "Song of Myself" (51 and 52):
"Do I contradict myself? Very well then I contradict myself, (I am large, I contain multitudes.)"
"Failing to fetch me at first keep encouraged, Missing me one place search another, I stop somewhere waiting for you."
Happy New Year Beastie!

Beastie.
Looking to continue to be the bad boy of the X-Men in 2022 lmao
I actually really liked Morrison Beast. He was very funny, charming and lovable to me, as well as proficient in his science. His appearance was quite ugly in that time but I came to love the cat Hank in a way. Not counting the HCT one tho lol although I don’t really consider that one “Hank” since he was more like Sublime at that point. After Morrison yeah I think he went downhill.
Outside of Scott and Jean, is Beast the most successful Original X-Man? Or is he the most successful? Was he the most popular in the 60’s when X-Men first came out?
I love Beast so much. I wish he would go back to his 90’s form. Kill him off and resurrect his 1994 self.
