And frankly, given how casually Luke walked through and deflected the Blaster Fire from those Dark Troopers that far outnumbered everyone in that room, and in a much tighter space as well, I doubt any Laser Bolt is even gonna do so much as scratch him.

I just rewatched the Mando v Dark Trooper fight and Luke v Dark Troopers and it's even more horrible than I thought for team Grogu's Guardians. There had to be about 40 dark Troopers and they were liberal with their blaster fire, with not a bolt hitting Luke. They're also strong enough to punch and dent large metal doors without damaging themselves, but Luke's force abilities literally crush their bodies. The -ahem- force he must be applying there is huge.

Any of Grogu's Guardians fires at Luke and the blasts kill anyone not wearing beskar. Everyone wearing beskar either gets force choked or a lightsaber in the unarmoured sections. And Luke barely notices he's in a fight.

Luke floating frogs out of a swamp while peacefully meditating is not Luke floating a bunch of human sized people who are shooting at him, congealing them into a ball, and slamming them into walls until they die as has been suggested. If anything, we saw that the frogs were all still pretty capable of moving their limbs to kick about uselessly, so it certainly demonstrates that he's still getting shot at while doing this if he tries.

Luke can apply enough force with his TK to lift and X-Wing or crush a dark trooper, but if he targets more than one thing (say 5 things) he suddenly can only float them gently? That seems like an oddly specific limitation. Padawan Obi-Wan can use his TK to toss a group of battle droids with no problem, but Luke, who has demonstrated both more force (lifting an X-Wing, crushing a Dark Trooper) and more finesse/finer control (lifting the frogs out of the swamp without lifting the water) can't toss a group of lighter people?
