Should Batman Kill?

Batman et all shouldn't kill.

And writers need to stop uping the death toll, and stop bringing up how easy it is to escape from jail.

Like others have said, if Batman ever really does kill the Joker, it's a complete waste of time and would for all intents and purposes be a sales stunt because you know they would bring him back. I mean, why completely ruin Batman by breaking his code for something so ridiculous?

And I may have mentioned this before, but if they ever really do kill off The Joker permanently, literally every other villain that doesn't make DC as much money would be considered expendable from that point on (any other character who wasn't the star of a critically acclaimed highly successful movie, that is). Lex, Cheetah, you name it. Because you know once they kill off one of their biggest money maker's, all bets are off on anyone else.
