How do they describe it in Hellraiser? A experience beyond the sensation of limits where pain is indistinguishable for pleasure? I'm pretty sure that describes how Gomez and Morticia spent their honeymoon.
And probabaly still spend nights together like that.

If somebody ever designs a Hellraiser rpg, the combat should be simple and consist of two steps: initiative and critical hit damage.
