The Madogu weren't exactly much in the scale of Naruto to be honest.
Even combined the composite is like an extremely lightweight version of Pain in terms of the sheer diversity of tricks they can bring to the table. they'll be like... y'know, fine but nothing special. A useful highly adaptable kind of ninja.
