    Default FCBD Avengers/X-Men teased

    https://www.gamesradar.com/marvel-co...book-day-2022/

Avengers/X-Men #1 is by writers Kieron Gillen and Gerry Duggan and artist Dustin Weaver and according to the publisher will lay the groundwork for a 2022 Marvel Universe event that "drastically alters" the relationship between mutantkind and the Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
Little nervous about an event that "drastically alters" the relationship between mutants and Avengers.

I'm sure that will end well, both for the two teams and their respective fanbases .

I'm not too worried. In the language of comic book buzzwords, "drastically alters" really means minimal to no change.

Drastically alters? So it will be an improvement?

I’m not usually a fan of Duggan but he’s at least shown in X-men he won’t do the “The avengers are evil!” Routine for cheap drama, and I trust Gillen, so hopefully this does not go poorly.

We now know that will Judgment Day [sic], a seeming three-way face-off between the Avengers, the X-Men, and the Eternals.
So it's an Avengers/X-Men/Eternals love triangle! I'm scared.

Counterpoint for Duggan: the existence X-Men Green

Gillen at least makes me confident it won’t end up with Beast and/or Brand making the surviving Avengers kneel in front of a shallow ditch

Must be a it has been bad for way too long. But it's probably be Avengers telling X-Men they are no good and should be reprimanded.

Marvel needs to stop making the Avengers the darlings and putting the Mutants into this category that they are the problem. The Onslaught,Phoenix 5, Axis just to reference. Like every time we get into something good With the X-men. Here comes some sort of Crossover with the Avengers and leaves the X-men in the mud. Smh

Unless Thanos has killed humans Krakoa will have to have Thanos' back since he is a mutant. Then when it's clear his intention are to kill a bunch of people they will switch sides and help take him down.

I was joking with the entire Thanos is a mutant bit.

Baby steps. I'll take what I can get. And I'm hoping he was joking with that comment.

This. Thank you. Hell, it broke when they accidentally made it the great replacement. Or that they have someone who appropriated Mutant identity on the council (Why is it always fucking Sinister?!)

Edit : I read too fast. I'm disappointed now. Nothing against Weaver but just imagine...
