    what do you think defines someone as a "Batfamily" member? what is the difference between being a part of the Batfamily and being an ally or associate.

    Everyone in this group shot should be considered part of the Bat family.
    I don't consider Jace or Ghostmaker as part of the family, but i think Luke fits the mold.

    If they were trained by Batman, wear a Bat-Logo, work with someone associated with Batman or the family in close concert (Huntress, Spoiler), are a Bat-____, then I think they count as Batfamily or adjacent.

    Harley Quinn is not Batfamily.

    It shifts from time to time, depending on what's being published. I think I'd have to go case by case, and see what period of time we're talking about.
