A villain from the Golden Age who wore a bat cowl and killed people by throwing bricks at them. Should be be revived to face The Dark Knight for a couple of panels?

It feels like a perfect fit for Zdarsky. Zdarsky has great comedic chops so it would be great if he could flex those in Batman.

Honestly he could be over a few issues.
A man dressed like a bat who is killing people with a brick. Many people think it is Batman. It works.I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:
Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.
