Marvel as you know sometimes keeps some things from ip books. Machine man in 2001. Pilots in shogun warriors. Stuntmen in team america. Main hero in us1. Red ronin in godzilla. Death's head and circuit breaker in transformers and gijoe. Roms human form and wife in rom.
And the marvel made microns, microverse, captain universe from micronauts. In fact micron city is in ant-man and wasp. (but microverse renamed)
Well gunn says he tried to get bug for all three gotg films and he was stopped--by hasbro! Gunn says hasbro owns bug and he can't use him.
So when did marvel lose bug? Or does marvel still own him but still have to get a ok from hasbro? Also what does this mean for captain universe and other marvel owned from ip books like deaths head and machine man?
Marvel lost the rom bad guys a few years ago also.

comic run that largely inspired the Marvel Studios' franchise, the character technically belongs to Hasbro's Micronauts property. At one point, Paramount also had a Micronauts film on its release slate, but it's since been removed.Marvel is not allowed to use Bug in films. I have tried to use him in all three movies, and was not able. I hope this settles your argument.
