So I guess Penguin is just legitimately dead? I mean the whole mercury poisoning and cyanide pill don’t leave a lot of room for interpretation. But I guess Aiden and Addison come in to take his place which I guess make them new legacy villains for the Bat-family like Punchline and Vengeance?

He'll definitely be back, it's just a question of when... I can't imagine he'd still be dead by the time The Penguin HBO Max show comes out (assuming it still does).
