Really tough to choose but I have to go with CaptCleghorn.

See CaptainEurope's cover, where Stan even makes the spider comparison.
I always thought the Romita redesign was loosely inspired by Mrs Peel?

    Tami gets my vote.
I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:

Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.

But Emma's look originated with Cathy Gale:

And while Diana Rigg was brilliant, I always found Honor Blackman to be more convincing in the action girl role.

Honor Blackman found skirts impractical for fights and became brown belt in judo…

    And Julie Newmar's Catwoman,

There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

I see what looks like the following players haven't voted yet:

    Scott Taylor

    K7P5V

    Moon Ronin

    seismic-2

    SquirrelMan

Maybe one of them can break the tie.
