Very pleasant surprise and I am definitely hoping that they put Ewing back on the series.

It feels every 12 issues is a radically different status quo for the Guardians. Hopefully, they'll find their feet, but I'm less optimistic than other people.

Yeah, I'm expecting that the next team'll be very similar to the MCU version (*cough* forced synergy *cough*) - no Hercules, Marvel Boy, Phyla-Vell and Moondragon, but hey, at least we'll have movie/idiot/Bendis Star-Lord back.

Thanks for posting this as I had not heard of a new book.

While I am hoping for the original team, I think it may be the newer team.

Honestly, I don't feel like the GotG has been a "family" in a very loooonggggg time. Waiting for news on the creative team and the direction they'll take.

Yeah, that's pretty much a movie thing, but I hope it's a good run.

My guess would be we're getting the movie lineup but I would love if the Annihilators lineup took over as the new GOTG.

I must be a pessimist, because I saw this and immediately thought, they are going to put Jason Aaron on this.

I am glad Mantis and Groot are being used. And while I do like the rest of this team, I really miss the originals!
