This could be fine, Ezekiel is the kind of character who only needs a little nudge to be a villain, back in JMS' he almost killed Spidey to save his own ass after all. Although I wonder if they'll try for a sympathetic angle, it was a bit easier to swallow in JMS' run, but if he's gonna try to kill a baby, oh boy, making him sympathetic would be, difficult. Also if this is gonna have a baby Spidey, I wonder if it'll be a prequel to this Sony universe. Still though, the Spider-Man here being Peter when MCU can still use him, sounds unlikely...
