Nightwing: Colossus, Angel, and Cyclops are the most notable male characters in terms of sex appeal.

Teen Titans: Really any of the teen generations, but the og New Mutants fit best as they also come from the 80s and so are contemporary to the New Teen Titans and are closest in terms of tone.

Suicide Squad: Most modern versions of X-Force, the team which gets their hands dirty so the rest of the X-Men don't have to, with the bonus that dying on missions has become pretty common in recent years, especially for Quentin Quire.

Cosmic: SWORD

Superman: The closest analogue in the X-Men universe has always been the Shiar warrior Gladiator. Xavier comes the closest to fulfilling Superman's inspirational role, but he's usually a crippled psychic.

Batman: Wolverine and Magik, the 'darker' characters who are tortured but 'oh so cool.' Both also have the Batman white eyes depending on the situation.

Martian Manhunter: Difficult, but I guess Jean or Rachel since every other telepath is a horrible person in some fashion.
