I think they made a cameo in Marvel Pride. Like Madin and Darkvail Marvel only used them when they want to pander to the community in june, for anything else they are forgotten.

And they should give him longer surfer hair to differentiate him from all the other bland blonds mutants.

In X-Force #11 he fought the russian nest dolls and in X-Force #12 he was present during Beast`s public humiliation of Colossus.

And Beef appeared at the end of Hellions, when the Original Hellions were welcoming Empath.

A miscolored Changeling appeared in a crowd scene but has not been featured in any other story, sadly.

There is also Mimic and Omega who I don't believe have appeared.

As for mutants in general, there are a ton missing.
