I don't think I'd want Dick permanently on the team, especially if Bruce still belongs.

I don't think Dick needs to deal with COSMIC catastrophes all the time. He belongs in more down-to-Earth adventures.

I'd argue the quartet of Barry & Hal & Ollie & Dinah is about the strongest bond in the DCU outside of the World's Finest (of which Dick is the Glue).
