Probably was.
Unless there is another new Earth with 90ism.
It may just be a variant cover; then again, what we know of the plot of the new Justice Society series involves manipulation of the timeline; so it would not surprise me if something like this actually shows up in the pages as well.

It's worth noting that there are two Wildcats. Though I wonder about Ted's son.

Is there going to be two Huntresses in the dc universe Helena Wayne and Helena Bertinelli? Or did Helena Bertinelli get wipe out?
Two.
Where Helena Wayne comes from is the question.
If she's the “hero from the past” mentioned in the preview, I suspect that she's the same Helena Wayne who died in the Crisis on Infinite Earths, resurrected in the same way that FB's Thomas and Martha Wayne were resurrected.

Two Huntresses is less problematic than five Robins or seven Green Lanterns.
That said, I wouldn't object to quietly retiring Helena Bertinelli. Maybe return her to her role as a secret agent and retire her costume identity.

Seven GL's, grant you, though the Robins have their own identities...most of the time.
The secret agent thing wasn't really Helena Bertinelli anyways. It was just basically an OC using her name by that point until they tried to readjust her to be more like her Post-Crisis self. I don't think an adult Helena Wayne would fit in Gotham unless they made her more like Bertinelli, to be honest.
I have a feeling that Helena Wayne wont be going by the name "Huntress" (actually thinking she will be the character called Nostalgia) however, I certainly wouldn't mind Bertinelli returning to the title of "Matron" she could still be a costumed vigilante, just using a different title if they want Wayne to be the Huntress. I certainly dont want Bertinelli retired though. She's an excellent character with some depth of story to her.
