    Fight takes place in an abandoned industrial park, each combatant starting out at opposite ends.

    In all other respects, arena match rules.

    Good Rumble idea.

    My thoughts are that, since Captain Cold's gun can reduce things to absolute zero, he should be able to shatter the Trapster's paste.
    Power with Girl is better.

    Doesn’t Cold have other gadgets like a speed-nulling field? He generally operates on a higher level than old Paste Pot Pete Petruski.
