i havent been keeping up with it since the prelaunch phase of 2021 but usually sessler was decent at the reviews i thought

completionist videos are pretty well made on his own youtube channel plus i think he was the only talent with a good sized audience

The G4 relaunch started out ok but quickly devolved. They started off as actual shows but have devolved all of them into basically podcasts. The only actual shows they have now are a once-a-week traditional AOTS and a few segments for X-Play sprinkled into the podcast ones. The best show they had was Boosted and they quickly cancelled that.

The problem isn't an outspoken host. The problem is that they tried to resurrect a dated idea to appeal to nostalgia of a group too small to maintain it the first time around and then made it nothing like what they were trying to pull nostalgia from.

And yet Frosk has the audacity to gloat about keeping her job.

Considering that the mob created an entire mobilization effort to bombard every form of social media G4 has for the past 10 months screaming they should fire her, her comment was justifiable.

That was a dick move. Her rant cause the downward spiral that resulted in those jobs being lost.

No, a bunch of weak individuals who couldn't handle their garbage behavior being called out created a movement to tank the channel to justify their "get woke go broke" mentality.

Or you do the rant at a time where your discussing that topic.

What killed New G4 was the fact it was done as a tv production with an insane costly office building. And a huge staff that didn't need to be there.

The new G4 could have worked had they did the basic..."Its about games...stupid" approach. They had a trove of talent on YouTube they could have recruited.

Frosk whole statement was about how old G4 didn't have sexy women on air and them using it to sell that aspect. We saw this and how wrong it is.

Its more than about New G4 saying that about scumbag troll comments about women. Its literally from Frosk's speech about objectifying women onscreen in a sexist way. She was saying that didn't happen with Munn and Webb. Which was a lie.

New G4 itself seemed to back her stance. Then decided to go back to.some classic objectfying women onscreen in a bikini. Completely making themselves look worse.

Here they celebrated Frosk speech about sexism in gaming. Then comically turned around on the channel and did it themselves.

And yes sexism or showing women in spots about blue balls is the ultimate in really bad moves.
