Celebrating his thirtieth anniversary. Basic summary of the plot is that a (presumably) dead Celestial crash-lands on the American Wastelands in the year 2099, and since the dominant megacorps of that era are of course going to exploit its remains to further their own power over the masses, it's up to Spider-Man 2099 to put a stop to them somehow. Also includes 2099 versions of Loki and the Winter Soldier.

I read that it's supposed to be Miguel O'Hara.

Pretty much. As far as I can tell, this hews closer to the original 2099 continuity than the new, although I wouldn't mind seeing the new Venom 2099 incorporated somehow. Alchemax experimenting on the Venom symbiote to (further) weaponize it would make sense.

No, just Miguel, unless you count his son Gabriel O'Hara II from further in the future, introduced in the last issues of PAD's Spider-Man 2099 revival series.

Probably just Devil's Reign Omega. Debating on the Roy Thomas story but I can't remember the last time Roy Thomas wrote an interesting story.
