That's what only on a cosmetic level means. The transformation wouldn't effect her power level

Yes she should absolutely transform! I don't get the recent trend of sucking the fun and whimsy out of comics. Is it practical? NO. However, unlike Superman, they don't need to lampshade her changing in a phone booth or something (to the point of getting rid of it) due to the timelessness of the spin.

Transform into what? A werewolf? :P She's Diana/WW whether she is in a star spangled bathing suit or a pencil skirt or a burlap sack.

I voted for 'Yes but on a cosmetic level'. It looks cool and the Pre Crisis sequences of her twirling her lasso around herself to transform has really grown on me.

I voted yes, because, why not? A quick zwip through her lasso in one panel from time to time should be enough. It needn’t take up a whole page. She should definitely still keep her powers when in civilian clothing because they are not derived from her costume.

I’ll even take it a little further, so as to address a pet peeve of mine and say that her “everyday” clothing should not just be civilian versions of her WW costume. I have an irrational hatred seeing her in jeans and a T that are red, blue and spangled all over.
