Oh, but it is! Especially since he never really learns from his mistakes. The best representation of the character was during Tomasi's Batman & Robin run because he regularly got put in his place and was actually humbled every once in awhile.

Again not a huge deal, especially in the context of the rest of the Batfam acting like idiots. Dick especially was an insufferable gnat during Gotham War cause he thinks he's better than Bruce.

This entire conflict is dependent on the Batfam not realizing thats clearly Failsafe, the robot that kicked all their asses.

Its not just Damian, everyone is being written like idiots.

Failsafe doesn’t talk, this one does. Bruce went for a robot hand, is it really that crazy he would go full robot suit? And not all of them know about Zur. Dick, who does know all this, puts it together right away.

The robot hand was a necessity born from having lost it in a fight and even then he refused to tell them about it.

He hasn't shown any indication of being a full robot conversion guy.

I've heard good things about Zdarsky's Batman. How connected is it to Ram V's Detective Comics, Tom Taylor's Nightwing, Waid's World's Finest and other runs I've heard good things about?

Is it better to check out all the books at the same time, or one at a time?
