I wonder how Norman will be characterized when he returns. At the end of Kindred, he seemed to recognize that everything that befell him and Harry was a result of his deal with Mephisto. I wouldn't be surprised if his memory is altered or lost allowing for the Goblin to return unhindered by Norman's conscience.

Liz used Normie Osborn's shares in Oscorp to build Alchemax, with assistance from an incognito Norman Osborn, yes. That's kind of why I'm wondering how Norman rebuilt Oscorp, and if J.A.N.U.S., the new clandestine government intelligence operation replacing S.H.I.E.L.D. that was revealed at the end of the Ravencroft miniseries to be responsible for cleaning up Norman and rehabilitating his image after Carnage's last rampage, might have anything to do with that.
