This Nimrod's primary directive is to further the machine ascendancy and have the entire human race taken by the Phalanx and Dominion. Of course this means that humans cease to exist and only evolved machines rule over the entire solar system and beyond. Killing humans is fully acceptable to Nimrod and Orchis. If the FF and Avengers get in Orchis' way, they will kill them too.

I'm more curious about what potential Dr. Stasis seeks for M.O.D.O.K.'s latest experiment specifically, and how it applies to whatever he thinks mutantkind's greatest vulnerability is.

The experiment was specifically about triggering brains to induce fight or flight instincts, and since a lot of Dr. Stasis' moves so far seem to be aimed at attacking mutants on a sociological/perception level, I'm wondering if he's thinking of using M.O.D.O.K.'s experiment to trigger violent fight or flight responses in large groups of mutants, turning gatherings of particularly powerful mutants into ticking time bombs that could unleash all kinds of destruction around them in their induced panic/aggression responses.
