    The main story was decent but I loved the Maps back up.Karl Kerschl would totally get my vote for lead Batman writer

    I'm not sure if it's a case of "d.c. Realised that this dude was not the dude to be writing" since Williamson is still doing Dark Crisis for them. It may have been a case that he had too much else on his plate to also do Batman as the full-time regular writer, or there has been speculation he was just a place-holder until Zdarsky was available to commit to this.

    And yet, we get a whole nother issue with him in June. And not even a Maps backup to help the medicine go down. Though if you like Poison Ivy, maybe you'll be excited for that backup.
