I only realize now how most of the Harley and Ivy interactions Taylor writes is Ivy trying to cajole Harley into coming with her and abandoning something else.

    Me too.
It's like the book lost most of what made it cool after issue 2, and since then it's mostly just okay or even meh.

Pretty art. Not much else. Without Yasmine Putri this book would have lost whatever value it has left. Hope she gets to draw all the issues.

"Not much else" is an understatement. This time not even the art could save it. That "twist" was embarrassing.

    Oh great, another F*ing spoilers:
Evil Superman who wants to rule the world.
    end of spoilers

I'm really tired of this trope.

This could be so much more and until now it has been very average, but today's twist just burned any hope i had in this.

    spoilers:
The irony is Taylor mentioned before that he hated writing evil Superman when he wrote Injustice and was sad that he had to come up with the story of the fall of Superman. Yet here he turns around and does the same damn thing and this time it felt a lot less believable and pretty much completely out of nowhere. smh

Yeah I figure it a shape changer, really for one key reason.

    spoilers:
You’re telling that Clark was actually able to hold and use a piece of Kryptonite in his hands and then drop Bruce via his flight powers? Somethings fishy about that entire scene.
    end of spoilers

Yeah, i didn't catch that cause i'm really tired of the overused trope, but you might be right.

Lets see if this will have a satisfying pay off.

    spoilers:
The Fact that Zala looked shocked about the news that she had killed Black Lighting son, makes me believe that the villain of this story is really a shapeshifter.
    end of spoilers

So, yeah, i'm back on board.

Yeah that’s what I thought because looking back at issue 3 Bruce passed out when Alfred was holding it a few inches away and he’s only half kryptonian. Clark is full Krytonian and he was flat out just holding kryptonite unharmed. Something is wrong with that picture.

Could very well be a shapeshifter. Or maybe the Kryptonians are being affected somehow and then don't remember what they've done afterwards.
