Where was Hawkeye these days?

Back then in the earlier years, we see Hawkeye pop up in most of the run. But nowadays he is nowhere to be found in most of the run. I wonder if none of the current writers is interest in using him more often. I thought he was A-Listed among with Black Widow, Black Panther and Captain Marvel. Besides here is the appearance of every Clint Barton through the years:

Okay, but this is ridiculous. No one wants to do anything with Hawkeye after the Thunderbolt run ended. He has completely vanished throughout the year 2023 and possibly next year even though 2024 is the 60th Anniversary of his debut. I increasingly doubt he would get relevant again because most of the old writers who wrote Hawkeye are gone. And the new creative teams have no interest in him at all.

Would someone send a newsletter to Tom Brevoort since he used to be the editor of certain Marvel runs before he became the senior editor of X-Men. I am sure he understands how fans miss Hawkeye so much and wonder the uncertainly in store for him.
