    If Palp has his old EU feats then I'd say he wins, but only because he actually has shown off skill with a lightsaber. After his buff from Byss, his raw power is arguably comparable to Tenebraes, only the later hasn't really ever shown off any lightsaber skill, so that's pretty much the deciding factor here.
