Why wouldnt it be a thing? It was just a thing in the background and unless stated to not exist anymore, there's no reason to believe it doesnt. Nothing in the books contradicts that; it just isnt being featured but then again it never has been

I love your fan theories -- maybe he does a have a Hot Babe form, haha, and of course it would look like the picture "Bunch of Coconuts" posted.
And you've got a good point about bone marrow. I mean, he literally sucked on mutant bone marrow, does that requirement just go away? I don't think so. Yet like you said, if they're using the discarded bodies for fertilizer, surely there's plenty of bone marrow lying around that wouldn't be missed. Of course, would he get sick from consuming dead people's bone marrow? I dunno. I can't imagine it'd be as nice as fresh, live-person bone marrow...
I'd like to see what his life is like on Krakoa. It could be a one or two page story in a Krakoa anthology.
I also wouldn't mind seeing what these mutants are up to! Are they just chillin' like villains ( ) or do they also have small, yet important jobs on Krakoa?
There's a Generation X house in the Akademus Habitat? I guess that was in the New Mutants volume... I'd expect the Penance Twins live there, if they were in fact M Twins and not a couple of naughty shapeshifters. ;P
Gaia hasn't been seen since Generation X ended, but Krakoa would be a great place for her to pop up again since she's a reality manipulator and you can never have too many of those on the payroll...
In addition to the names you mention, Jubilee (with Shogo) was on a team, too: Excalibur. I think that's everyone, aside from Hollow/Penance, whose status in Krakoa Era we don't know.
I agree, it's probably still a thing, since I don't think any major structures on Krakoa have been destroyed, yet... there was that flower factory, but that was in the Savage Land.

I can't recall any panels in my brain and I don't have any physical comics to reference, so maybe some others can help me out, buuuut...
...it always seemed weird to me that Emplate feasted on a mutants' bone marrow, but tended to place his sucker-fish-hands on their hands/neck area. Bone marrow doesn't exist there (at least with my 5 sec Google-medical-certificate search), so how did he get the marrow from the bones that marrow is formed to the face/neck?! Bone marrow is more plentiful in our leg bones (thigh/hip), so...why wasn't he feasting there?
I know, I know...#comicbookscience.
Lol, that's true.
If you don't know anything about anatomy and just accept that bone marrow is inside a person, and he's sucking things out from inside the person, you can just go with it, I guess. It's like you said... comic book science.
My only thought is that a person's head or neck tends to be exposed, while people tend to wear pants on their legs. Plus, the implications of an adult male wanting to grab teenagers by the thigh are... not great. Maybe they realized it wouldn't look good. XD
He definitely prefers to grab people by the throat, according to my 5 second Google Image search:

Some Jubilee news: She's going to be in the upcoming X-Terminators book and she was also in ‘X-Men Legends Vol. 2: Mutant Mayhem’: https://aiptcomics.com/2022/05/04/x-...mayhem-review/
Meanwhile, X-Reads read Generation X #1, a great comic to review: https://aiptcomics.com/2022/05/04/x-...avid-nakayama/

I wish Hickman would just write a Krakoa era Generation X book with the OG cast. Developing Mondo, Vincente, Emplate and showcasing the older new cast.
Or I could write it instead? lol
I was trying to do too much and not doing any of it as well as I could. But I've had a change of mind... though not everyone shall enjoy it. I will.

I am mildly surprised that we've seen more of freaking Melody Guthrie, than of Paige, who was kind of a big deal in the Generation X era. It seems like there's sort of an embarrassment about her May/December hookup with Angel and she's been quietly shoved back in a corner to wait for that stink to fade.
Also funny that decades later, the word 'husk' actually is vaguely relevant to current X-affairs, with Proteus burning through Xavier husks, and Quire having husks of various teammates to play sick games with, and yet these 'husks' have nothing to do with the mutant named Husk.
Hah, yeah, you could write it and Marvel could print it. If only! You could always write fanfic, of course. Ah well.
I can't get over the fact that Krakoa Era brought us yet another New Mutants book, but not one for Generation X original gen...
The Paige/Angel thing is so over for me and reflects more badly on Angel than Paige, yet they've got no problem using Angel. The more recent problem is that whole "going skitzo-crazy and dating stalker Toad" thing... but Christina Strain used Paige in a sane way in Gen X Vol. 2, so couldn't we consider Husk safe to use again?? ;P
The couple of most recent things for her that I can think of, Fallen Angels and that digital X-Men series, weren't very good. I think she was in a Deadpool story at some point, too... She's being used like a side character when she deserves to be a main star of an ensemble X-Men book.
Pfft, the fact that they're using the word husk and not the mutant Husk is not okay with me! Lol.
Yeah, is the only purpose of Gen X girls to hook them up with bad guys? I don't get it. If we had more prominent female writers on the X-Books, it wouldn't happen as much.

I love that Vincente design. Wish he was somewhere around.
Hey random question, but does the disturbing behavior of Nature Girl (X-Men Green arc in X-Men Unlimited) and Quentin Quire (X-Force 28) reflect badly on Jubilee as a mentor/teacher?
At least Eye-Boy turned out all right...
