Any cancellation would be hypocrytical at this point, considering what several characters have done.
Iron Man, Hank Pym, Black Widow, Moondragon, Beast, Thor, Hercules, Namor, Professor X, Wolverine, Emma Frost, Rogue, Colossus, Bishop, Gambit, Dr Strange, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, etc.

They'd have to have commited the most heinous crimes (genocide, eating children) by pure greed/hate/perversion, without being under mind control/corruption.

And even so, the X-books are trying to sell Apocalypse (genocide the weak) as a not so bad guy who did that to save the world, and treat Raven (throw my chid from a cliff, lead mutant hunting gestapo) Darkhölme as a glamour rebel.

There is no possible cancellation at this point.

i was literally just waiting for someone to bring this one up. Literally. Good job. lol

Just to be clear, because i'm bad at it sometimes, the enthusiasm was sarcasm but i was literally waiting for the person that would go there.

uhh... where was this other incident? I'm recalling the (badly handled) exchange in God Loves Man Kills between Kitty and Stevie Hunter.

No. No person of African descent "deserves" that ever. Tf.... especially not from an ostensible hero.

but honestly its another case of a moment when a writer should have been cancelled. Line where you don't use the systematic enslavement and destruction of my people
    to prop up your metaphor.

Smh. Pathetically ignorant moment in comics.
My priority is enjoying and supporting stories of timeless heroism and conflict.
    Everything else is irrelevant.

At the risk of parroting someone else in this thread, I'm pretty sure we've seen this done with Hank Pym and arguably Tony Stark. Hell, Spider-Man goes through this every few months.

The other guy deserved it. One shouldn't do onto others what they don't want done to them. People are just up in arms cuz the character and the writer were white.
