Considering that Ultimate Hulk and Green Goblin are both connected by virtue of having been attempts at recreating the "Captain America formula" gone horrifically and destructively awry, I could almost see that. As for a demonically possessed Venom being one of the villains . . . well, that reminds me of Circle of Four during Flash Thompson's time as Agent Venom and how it ultimately gave us Mania.
