God, Rogue needs a new costume badly. Why was she the only one in Excalibur that didn’t get a redesign??

Starbrand, Namor, and Nighthawk feel out of place but I guess they're playing with current Avengers continuity.

Also I guess Thor has a beard again. I don't like it.

    Yeah, I know very Disappoiting.

Namor is probably too embarrassed to come back to the Mutant Side after he dissed Charles and Erik saying that "He controls 70% of Earth. You currently control, what an Island." Only to find out that Mutants own a WHOLE other Planet.

Namor has to choke on some words. LOL.....

Yeah, she really really needs. She looks so out of place in the team with this 90s outfit.

She actually had a new costume in Excalibur, but only when she was in Otherworld, like the other people on the team.

This is looking very exciting for me. The art looks great! And Gillen gives me the confidence of a intelligent event finally, because his Eternals are very well written, and I don't think he would mess this great work he's doing with a bad event.

And I'm glad the X-men don't start with the wrong. The Eternals that want to kill the mutants for no meaningful reason at all.

I still don't know what to make of this Event.
As of right now, even after watching the trailer and seeing Brooks' art, I'm only interested for Valerio Schiti's art. I really could not care any less about the Avengers and the Celestials. So...it looks like I'll be skipping yet another Marvel Event.

Well 70% of Earth's surface area is larger than all of Mars' surface area so he still has the bigger kingdom

Based on what we’ve seen thus far in the Eternals run and based on the trailer; it seems like the Machine/Eternals get hacked (Thanos, Druig, Nimrod, Uranos, Moira?) to read ‘any mutants, at all’ as ‘excess deviation’, effectively reformatting them as immortal super-sentinels

Not being aware of the Eternals status as de facto machines (and the Eternals having gone to great pains to conceal Thanos’ presence on Earth) and thinking this is standard summer hero v hero BS, the Avengers don’t grasp how serious the situation is until Krakoa is pissed off at them in turn

    Or spoilers:
Uranos’ memory weapon is what sets the Eternals after the mutants, maybe a survivor of his first attack on Lemuria is among the common ancestors of modern mutantdom?
    end of spoilers

Rule is a bit of a stretch, no? I doubt that the political shenanigans happening on Mars has an effect on the everyday life of an average joe down here.

A solar system? Pfft. Mutants technically rule an entire dimension.

No Emma. Hopefully she is behind the scenes setting Namor right.

    No Synch with the X-team.
I was trying to do too much and not doing any of it as well as I could. But I've had a change of mind... though not everyone shall enjoy it. I will.
