In my opinion any trick the game still allows to have a better time against the Godskins is fair game considering what a load of bull droppings the Noble in particular is.

Also looking forward to how Carbot will do the Godskins.

I actually stomped the Duo first time round due to having summons and Rikard's ludicrous sword. As an old hand at Dark Souls I decided it would be "fun" to experience the most kick-in-the-nuts version of the fight possible, which makes Ornstein & Smaugh seem comparatively fair (tbf I also stomped them first time before learning how the other builds lived). In the end I was still quite underlevelled but at least had optimised to dual bleed twinblades, as two-handing just wasn't cutting it.

I thought you couldn't finish any quests after beating the game. But just got the inseperable sword after completing Fia's quest.

I bet it's not going to be part of the future canon if a sequel is made, but i keep avoiding Blaidd after finishing Ranni's quest so he and Iji remain alive by the end of my playthroughs.

Though i somewhat wish there was an real way to preverse his mental state even if it takes some obscure or demanding action like saving Solaire in Dark Souls (finding The Fair Lady and giving her enough humanity to unlock the early shortcut to the sun maggot and killing it before he becomes mad after seeing it's "sun").

Anyone hear anything about DLC, been holding off doing NG+ and saving it for the DLC.

The newest patch (1.07) supposedly has been datamined to reveal files which heavily imply DLC incoming. Calls to maps that don't exist in the game (yet), for one, but there apparently others.
