Could be she just had a vision while the song was playing and that just caused her to flail. Guessing she had a vision of present day nimrod.

That's how i understood it. She went to a concert, a song named Nimrod played and by the usual conincidence of such events, it triggered her precognition to show her various futures in which the machines of the same name caused the end of mankind (mutants included). Originally Posted by Diammandis
