DC Round Robin 2022

The things is there shouldn't even be a "tournament" for DC to start giving more attention to lesser known IPs. I found a lot of the books to be compelling but why should fans be forced to choose between a Firestorm book and a Kid Flash book, or a Hawks and a Wildcat book. Do these as a series of one-shots and based on the sales decide which ones to extend as actual series. Let people vote with their wallet as it should be. They can still have the Robins and the Superboys and the Suicide Squads. There's no need to do a "tournament" at all.

Yeah, I agree, especially when the tournaments are rigged so that anything related to Batman has higher chances to win (last year being an example of it).

When you deal with comic book stores that can pick and choose and even refuse to stock or order a book-that wallet power goes away.

And it would be one thing if it was about something not selling in your particular region. It's another saying you don't like who is on the cover and don't want it in your store.

Making every book returnable might help or at least the ones you think would have trouble getting orders.

There is enough onlone comic stores now and subscriptions you can sign up for now that you can still get exactly what you want, you don't have to go thru a dude at a LCS who decides what he wants you to have the option to buy.


Oh and superboy needed this, he has been shit on long enough, I can't wait to read the series.

You would think, maybe they can announce somewhere in between dark crisis young justice, superboy escaping the Phantom Zone on the young justice show, and Titans coming back for another season

It actually wasn't just included in the solicits. They announced it, and immediately released issue 1 on Fandome day. The other issues then started being solicited, released one month after the digital versions.

Usually they’re in late summer/fall going off of the last two so my guess is this year’s will be in Oct.
