I would very much like a Black Canary book, but dont expect her to do well here. Same with an Alan Grant Green Lantern. Connor Kent might maybe have a chance. Same with JL: Redacted. That's actually an interesting concept with some interesting characters (but as someone above noted very similar to JL Elite from a few years ago...still I would read it.)

    unfortunately no.

Which I would have loved for the Cassie Sandsmark Wonder Girl story to have become a back up in the WW book.

You could say the same for several of the others. Jesse Quick's? Flash back-up. There was a story involving Harley and the Suicide Squad, could've gone as a backup in either of those two ongoings. Anything else Bat related could've gone in Urban Legends. JLQ's story could've been used in an anthology. Were there any that couldn't be used in either an anthology or as a backup?

There was a JLQ story in the Pride special, but that’s the only I can think of, and obviously wasn’t the whole six-issue mini, just an introduction to the team.

Absolutely true, it's a shame DC didn't follow that route.

    1. Hawkman & Hawkwoman vs. Wildcat

(Normally I would pick Hawkman, but I'm not too interested in a story with their teenage kid showing up, sounds like another way to spin off a legacy hero)

    2. The Questions vs. Constantine and The Demon

(It's Renee Montoya , so if you were hoping for Vic Sage, pick Constantine & the Demon. (Even with Vic that's stiff competition)

    3. Suicide Squad vs. Justice League

Easy one, Green Arrow creates his own black ops team for the Justice League with Cheshire on the team

    4. Firestorm vs. Kid Flash

It is Ronnie and Jason (not sure whose the physical body?) Just personal preference, I like Wallace West & the Flash family in general.

    5. Black Canary vs. Green Lantern

The Green Lantern is John Stewart who I like, (but even if it was my favourite GL, Hal) I'd still pick Black Canary, as she is near the very top of my fav, super hero list.

    6. Ghost Tour From Hell vs. Animal Man

Madam Xanadu, Deadman and Etrigan, The Demon I'll take spooky DC magic any day of the week.

    7. Green Lantern vs. Captain Carrot & Darkseid

Alan Scott Nothing against Captain Carrot but....cmon it's Alan Scott!

    8.Superboy vs. Cyborg

Personal preference, I just find Cyborg to be a much more interesting hero.

This list is AWESOME! (Despite the Vic Sage exclusion) so much better than last year. DC has done a wonderful job, get out there and vote!!!!

Here are the brackets in the second round (of eight), which begins April 5.

Hawkman & Hawkwoman: The Changeling vs. Constantine & the Demon: Vacation From Hell
Justice League [Redacted] vs. Kid Flash: The Speed of Fear
Green Lantern: The Light at the End of Forever vs. DC Horror Presents: Ghost Tour From Hell
Green Lantern: The Birth of Conspiracy vs. Superboy: The Man of Tomorrow
Early favorites seem to be the first concepts in each bracket.

I really foresee this going to the JL Redacted title, but the Alan Scott GL story would be cool as would the Kon El Superboy.

Wasn't Green Lantern: The Birth of Conspiracy leading in the polls?
