I'm more than ready for Krakoa to go away. I'd rather the X-men fight evil mutants than hug, kiss, and play nice with them. I also miss when they fought against racism instead of adopting it.

Plus the idea that they can no longer die and have evil single mutant ever at their becka nd call whenever they need to go out on a mission kills any drama the series has.

Mark me down as someone who misses ol' Nick. I'm fine with SHIELD not being everywhere as it was kind much some years ago, but I do miss the random appearances of Nick and the organization.

    As for status quos:

    - I really liked what Immortal Hulk did with Banner, but whenever it's a return to savage hulk, I grow weak.

    - Everyone's said it, but Peter's lack of growth and outright reversal in some spots

    - Related, but Ben Reilly, yeesh, why bring him back, just to go in the villain direction again?

That said, yeah, we are going to need S.H.I.E.L.D. back as the (invisible) glue holding the Marvel Universe together.
Reminds me of how Bendis had created a new SHIELD at the end of his time at Marvel and had had Miles and Riri brought into it only for it to never be mentioned again.

The constant appearance of characters/teams in other books is one that I would like to see... maybe not go away, but lessen. Guest appearances used to be special, now it seems that the Avengers have to be called in to help everyone all the time and no one is able to handle any threats without help from every other superhero. I like that there is the feel of community between the Heroes, but the writers need to be more subtle about it.

The new ff was a nice change of pace. Plus reed and sue got to join another team till they were forced out after only 5 issues!

    As for me--

Peter has to be unhappy and poor and acts like a kid even though by this point he is one of earths most experienced heroes. (he single handily outsmarted thanos when the avengers, thing and captain marvel couldn't in the marvel two in one era!)

Bad guys like sandman, dr doom, galactus and magneto have to turn bad again. Doc ock has to go back to what he was also.

Torch can't marry and grow up even leading fantastic force. He has to act like a kid and sleep with other peoples woman.

I wish Johnny would have actually stayed with Lyja. :/

Why does the X-Office feel that Karima needs to be evil? She's one of the few X-characters that has NO motive to be a villain. NONE whatsoever!!!!!

also, Pete should have Spider-Babies. the lack of spider-Babies is bizarre...

    The Avengers

There’s no point in them getting together if they’re just going to break up again.

Tony always losing or his company being destroyed. That **** is beyond tiresome. Not him leaving the company per say.

I think it was always meant to be shortlived. Surely if Reed and Sue as Avengers was to be a long term thing, they'd have got new costumes without the 4 on them? Like Johnny and Ben later did when they were on other teams after Secret Wars?

I notice Ms. Marvel doesn't get an FF uniform at first either, but considering she becomes She-Thing a few issues later, I can understand why they didn't bother there.

Secret identities need to go away. The amount a security camera's in NYC alone would allow someone to figure out that Peter is Spider-man in like 15. It opens up way more potential story lines and he doesn't need to be a loser who can't keep his job and is always letting down his friend. It just never made sense that like 90% of other superheroes are known to the public so they have to deal with their families being at risk, what is so special about him that he can't deal with it like everyone else does. Yes, I know this is whole basis of the character, but its been 60 years. Time to change.

The story if true was they were forced off the team as they wanted the ff to be the classic team and "return to what it was". It lead to the evil watcher dream story that from what is said the evil ff clones in the story and evil watcher "trying to return the ff to what they were" was the ff writers protest of making reed and sue return and not letting the book change.
