Not to mention Cap has some ludicrous soak. In a battle of Attrition, I'd go with the stronger, more skilled, slightly tankier Cap.

And since Frost was otherwise blitzing the hell out of him when he put any effort into it we can safety assume that no that wasn't Blade somehow pulling bullet timing speed out his butt(and for the record "inhuman speed" starts a WHOLE LOT lower than bullet speed) and just an example of how that fight was a bunch of crap. Especially since slower characters tag faster characters in fiction all the time, and it's almost always PIS at work(in this case, they needed an excuse to show off the fancy Frost CGI regeneration). And if you want to get into striking power Cap was trading blows with a guy who put fist prints in a slab of fairly thick steel, bent a thick metal guardrail with his hands, routinely knocked men who easily weighed 250lbs + in weight and gear air borne ragdoll style via uppercuts or kicks, knocked out crossbones by slamming him into the ceiling, overpowered multiple men with a single arm, pressed a motorcycle with several girls sitting on it over his head with no visible effort, etc.

Drake opened a huge crater in a floor made of concrete by slamming Blade against it... And Blade remained conscious afterward and kept on fighting. Nomak was opening 40 inches thick steel doors with his bare hands yet Blade traded blows with him and wrestled with him too. Both of them crushing and bending metal while at it. The displays of both Nomak and Blade during Blade 2 puts anything Cap ever did in movies to shame. Movie Cap is nowhere near as skilled as Blade. Yeah he throws punches really fast and moves like a boxer but Blade moves like a ninja.
