Sad to see her mostly in her office nowadays.
Sage was a boring, noninteresting character under Claremont IMO. The one in this book and this era in general is better overall. The computer stuff was annoying

By the way, do you think Brand can try to manipulate Beast to join her plan to rule the galaxy?

    Beast doesn't already want that?

For now his goals seem more humble, he only deals with earthly problems.

The problem =/= every problem. It does solve the problem of mutants not just mass suiciding. It doesn't solve the line problem.

I dont think The Crucible was ever really about mass suicide as thats really not Krakoa's problem or something they have to deal with. Lets say a bunch of former mutants kill themselves. There's still a 300 year queue they'd have to contend with, the same queue they'd have been on had they died naturally as humans. The Crucible existed to have them bypass that

hahahaha Beast at this point is a villain in the same level as Sinister. Marvel should drop all pretentions to the contrary and just have him join Abigail on his own free will, no manipulation necessary.

But the only problem of the mass suicides was the line problem.
