Loved Vision and Mister Miracle.
Think he has a good voice for characters but overall starting to feel a bit of a hack for me.

An acquired taste. It took me a while to warm up to him.
(I hated Mr. Miracle, liked Batman until he killed Alfred and the story went into some weird dream like sequence.)
I'm enjoying the Human Target, it's a good read.
Highly enjoyable and always a goodtime so long as he's not handling characters I care about.
Keep him far away from characters I love plz.
Yeah, I loved Mr. Miracle and Vision, like his Batman fine untill the dream sequence, like Sheriff of Bagdhad as well.
But them HiC happened, and it canged something. With Vision and Mr. Miracle it seemed he had a really unique take for those characters. And then HiC happens and it's kind of the same take, with characters with whom said take just doesn't work. And suddenly his stories kind of lost the shine to me.
Like watching hot-dogs get made, really.
ConnEr Kent flies. ConnOr Hawke has a bow. Batman's kid is named DamiAn.
To do spoiler tags, use [ spoil ] at the start of the sentence and [ /spoil ] at the end, without the spaces. You're welcome!
People have credited him with writing the definitive take on why Bruce and Selina don't work as a couple. Which is sad considering how big a 'shipper of them he is, and he wrote one of my favourite Batman annuals with them too, one that I feel finally gave Bruce his happy ending (and boy is it still a better one than the ultimate fate he gives his Selina in the Bat/Cat winter special)
Keeps doing again and again again the same comic about how much he loves his wife
Best shit ever
Enjoyed his Omega Men and Mr Miracle.
Disliked everything else he's offered.
Characters are written so out of whack, I find it jarring.
"My name is Wally West. I'm the fastest man alive!"
I'll try being nicer if you try being smarter.
I'm waiting for the last issue of Bat/Cat before making my final judgment on King's work. I don't care whether it's in continuity or not, if that series end with the "twist" about Helena that he hinted at in the tenth issue, I'm not reading anything this guy writes again. If it doesn't, then he might get a pass for being too self-indulgent while still writing intriguing books more often than not.

Omega Men is one of the best comics to come out in the last ten years or more. Maybe THE best.
And of course, Grayson was terrific.
His run on Batman was hit or miss with me. Sometimes I enjoyed it and sometimes I was bored.
I get tired just reading the name.
It seems like he has a story idea in general and then just tries to shoehorn characters into it even though they don't fit.

Read The Flash#1 this September!
FYI, words like "hack' are going to get this thread closed so fast... Let's see how long this conversation can go before it raises the eyebrows of the mods.
That said, I find him hit and miss, but his hits far outweigh his misses for me. And stuff that has been the most criticized was stuff I wasn't interested in reading anyway. Most people have a sense what a "Tom King' story is going to be like at this point so as others have said, he's an acquired taste, but he generally delivers on what people have come to expect.
Only read him the times he wrote WW (A Batman issue and an 80th anniversary story).
Both were pretty bad and I wouldn't want more of him on WW but can't say much else as that's all I've read.
