Looking for a Superman/Superboy issue...

I'm not sure which one it's in but it's from the silver age. The story was something about him having a fake vaccine "scar" because he couldn't get vaccinated. So he had to wear a fake one that peeled off or something like that. Any help that you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks!
